Deasm, I really understand what you are saying.  Because I was diagnosed when I was kid a lot of habits are well ingrained.  It actually makes it easier because I put myself on auto-pilot a lot.  I'm glad though because it enables me to get done what I need to get done.  I'm good at giving myself a kick in the keister too and rarely lose my smile for too long!
