This one threw me for a loop... I must not be in the same category...meaning if I can't sleep,
then eating a little something helps me sleep better. Sleep
I can't sleep if I am worried the numbers might drop, or have something on my mind to mull over...
but when I eat something I sleep better.
My digestion doesn't keep me awake as much as my worrysome mind, haha!
