I have to agree with you, Frinkie. I usually have a snack around 8:00 PM, and if my numbers are too low when I go to bed around 10:00 PM, I will eat something else so I don't go low during the night. I don't think this has ever caused me loss of sleep. If I lose sleep it is probably due to some worry on my mind.
