Interesting, Suz.  Among other things I've been doing, I've taken a B-complex vitamin for over 30 years.  Despite 49 years of having diabetes, I do not seem to be at an increased risk of heart attack or stroke.

I blew them out of the water a few years ago when they had me take a cardiac stress test.  I'll never forget how stupefied the nurse was after the test.  She told me "whatever you're doing cardiovascularly for health, keep it up".  I take the B vitamins for other reasons and at the time I didn't tie the B-complex to heart health.  But I'm glad you posted this.  It gives me another reason to believe I'm on the right track.

Thanks.
